Social connection can lower anxiety and depression, help us regulate our emotions, lead to higher self-esteem and empathy, and actually improve our immune systems.

It’s OK to not be OK. If you’re feeling low please reach out to your whānau, chosen whānau, or someone you trust, and let them know what’s going on for you. You are not alone.
